North Star BlueScope Steel works closely with the community to be a good neighbor

	We work closely with the community to be a good neighbor while providing job and educational opportunities for local citizens and students. Our company interacts with the community in a variety of ways, including:

Community Relations Team
This is a group of volunteers from the Company that meet on a regular basis to consider community issues. The team has a budget and makes decisions on charitable giving. In addition, the team donates many hours of their time to help with charitable events. They also solicit help from other Employees for special events.
Community Events
The Delta community has many wonderful events and organizations that are helped out by participation from North Star BlueScope Team Members.
