The Jacobson & Associates survey results for steel producers in North America have been published for the January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 time period. Jacobson is an independent firm that continually surveys thousands of steel buyers to determine how steel suppliers perform in the areas of: Quality, Service, Price, On-time Delivery and Overall Satisfaction.

Of the 34 hot roll coil producing mills in North America, North Star BlueScope  was rated number one in Quality, On-time Delivery and Overall Satisfaction.
